Paul Mailey and his family have been a part of the Big White community since the early 90s when he developed the Eagles Resort. He witnessed firsthand how the resort evolved from a local resort serving the greater Okanagan community to the international destination Big White is known as today.
Paul has been influential in the growth the resort has seen over the last 25 years being involved with the creation of the official community plan, zoning bylaws, constructing several single and multi-family developments, as well as designing and building the Big White Community School.
Big White becoming an international destination allowed Paul to design and build a product that meets the expectations of the international marketplace. These changes raised the standard of finishing and amenities offered at the resort, such as steam showers and personal hot tubs in every unit as seen in many of Paul’s previous developments.
Copper Kettle Three will usher in the next generation of accommodation at Big White designed to fulfill the needs of a four-season resort. The detail and quality of finishing in the homes will be of the highest level. There is a new philosophy emerging on the mountain and Paul is the first developer to support it.
